Bumpstop Extensions are a HIGHLY recommended component to your lifted ZJ or WJ. When you lift the Jeep, you move the axle further away from the body, which is where the bumpstops are mounted. By extending your bumpstops, you keep a larger sized tire from extending too far into your wheel wells and ripping out the lining, the washer bottle on WJs, and the tire from getting cut by the sharp steel underneath the liner. It's cheap insurance, basically. If you wait until you have the lift already installed, find that you need them, and try to add them on later, you'll need to disassemble the rear spring on the WJ and the front spring on the ZJ in order to install these when you could have taken VERY little time to do it right and install them when you are installing the lift.
Our bumpstop extensions come with a Lifetime Warranty against defects and damage, and are less expensive than other websites offer them. Install Instructions HERE
