JKS SuperNerfs™ have been tested and abused on some of the best hardcore trails in the U.S. such as the Rubicon Trail (Little Sluice and Old "True" Big Sluice), Dusy-Ershim Trail, SledgeHammer, Sun Bonnet, Hells Gate, Aftershock, Die Trying, Lower Helldorado, Pritchett Canyon and more. The 2x2x3/16" inner square tube is the backbone of the SuperNerf™. It attaches to the pinch weld and supports the underside of the rocker panel from wheel-well to wheel-well and from against the pinch weld out about a 1 1/4". That allows any impacts to be distributed over a very large area eliminating damage to the rocker panel. After installing them on your XJ, you will find them great for pivoting around obstacles on tight trails. The SuperNerfs™ also allow you to use a Hi-Lift© jack on your Jeep. The last feature, which sets the SuperNerf™ off from all the copies, is the two small supports which, "ladder" the inner and outer tubes together. These two small looking supports add an incredible amount of strength to the SuperNerf™. Last we powder coat the bars. Yes you will scratch them up, that is what we made them for, but semi flat Krylon® spray paint matches quite well. Your XJ might not be hardcore yet, but SuperNerfs™ will protect your rockers from hardcore damage that awaits you behind the next rock or tree.
