Shipping Policies
As we are currently working with a small staff and re in the process of closing down retail operations through the website, We are currently shipping out orders on only Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Note: Items drop shipped from our distributors or vendors may take a couple additional days to ship orders. If we are notified of an extended delay, we will try to let you know as quickly as possible.
Order Status Questions: If it’s been more than 5 BUSINESS days (not calendar days) and the tracking info has not been updated, or your order status on your account has not changed, please send us an inquiry with your order number so we can track it down and figure out what’s going on with it.
We'll do our level best to get your parts on the way and get you tracking info ASAP!!
Freight Shipping
Freight shipping on roof racks and bumpers is set at a flat rate to a business address. If you want it shipped to your residence, no problem...but consequently, there's a $75 surcharge charged by the freight company, which is not included in the shipping charge. This is charged by the freight carrier at the time of delivery. Therefore, one trick is to pick it up at the local freight depot, so you can avoid this charge. Please note that this may require driving a significant distance, as the freight terminals are usually in industrial areas. Items can also be delivered to commercial addresses such as auto shops, etc with their prior approval.
INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT SHIPMENTS: We are no longer accepting international freight orders at this time.
