Awesome...!! I have been happily driving my WJ with new Hard-KOR stabilizers (primary and secondary) this week. The vehicle drives like a new sports car...!! It drove really nice before (on smooth roads), but, anytime the right front tire was in bumps at 40mph, it was on the verge of flutter. That tendency is completely gone now. I just wanted to thank everyone at Kevin's for such an awesome bunch of products. I have recently been dealing with a terrible case of Death Wobble in my 01 WJ Limited 4.7L with a 4" lift. I replaced all tie rods and sleeves, all control arms, all ball joints and a OE track bar with no improvement. I was at my wits end when I found KOR. I spoke with Rob about my issue and ended up ordering the WJ death wobble kit and the hard KOR tie rod and drag link. After installing the parts my death wobble is completely gone and so is the wandering issue I had. Drives like a brand new Jeep. My '02 2WD WJ had terrible death wobble in the 45-50 mph range. After much research, I found Kevin's Offroad's "Death Wobble" page. I finally pulled the trigger on the complete KOR Death Wobble Package. I installed the kit within a couple hours and it cured my death wobble completely. I even tested without making any other changes (tire rotation, wheel alignment) to be sure the kit is what did it. The kit came with everything I needed, except for instructions, but the old instructions on the website were enough to get the job done. I couldn't be happier with the results!

My 07' Rubicon had a death wobble that occurred between 35 and 40 mph, that a local 4wd shop described as the worst they had ever seen. They charged me $850 for repairs that only "helped" for about 2 months. I fought it for about a year. It was so bad that it took out my cruise control, sway bar motor support arm, and airbag indicator/sensor. I installed the complete KOR Death Wobble Cure Kit in about 3 hours including optional welding back in November and holy cow! It is cured and handles better than ever on 35's with 5 inches of lift in the front and 4 in the rear. Can't thank you guys enough. I was at the end of my rope with this thing and now it even handles well with a set of strictly off-road tires that are anywhere from 16-20 ounces out of balance each!!!! These kits are the real deal, if you're on the fence, PULL THE TRIGGER!

I am stunned at how drastically the Hard-KOR stabilizer reduced the wobble issue in my 2000 Grand Cherokee. I had been trying for months to get rid of it (replacing front axles, all tie-rod ends, shocks, tightening the steering box, etc). I tried just about every trick I could find on the internet to reduce it, but I still had a lot of wobble. After installing your Hard-KOR stabilizer, the wobble has ceased completely! I even drove down the roads and in the potholes that used to make it wobble super bad, and nothing but a thump! No jiggle, no wiggle, no wobble! Good riddance death wobble!

Kevin, Your parts are great: Saved me from a short day on the trail. I was trying a little rock garden (unlocked open diffs) and couldn't get a good footing. I slipped off and banged up the radiator support a bit (and bent a wheel- but fixed that with a hammer). That's also one of your 3.5" lifts hiding under there. I bought a cherry 2004 TJ Wrangler unlimited about 9 months ago from a family friend in Georgia with only 20,000 miles….I was moving to NY State and took it to my local Mechanic and put a new Rancho 2.5″ lift and undercoated the crap out of it. Even before I left Georgia I would sometimes hit a bump in the road and get the bouncing on the front right….I had heard of Death Wobble but this was my first time dealing with it myself….I thought it was a fluke and moved to NY State….As you know these roads are tore up due to the winters up here… and I was getting Death Wobble every time I drove my jeep……I started researching this and came along your website….I was doubting at first…Everything was basically new on my jeep…So I bought the TJ JEEP WRANGLER HARD-KOR DEATH WOBBLE PACKAGE FOR 1″ TO 3.5″ OF SUSPENSION LIFT and took it to a local tire shop in my area (They were not willing to take any liability and said they were not sure if it would work) I am proud to say 6 months later no Death Wobble and that 70 mph on NY and PA roads…Thanks for your help….Listen to these guys they know what the are talking about….Customer for Life Mitchell

Whew - took me long enough to get the parts on my Jeep. What a difference. I had a friend make a beefy track bar bracket just to let him try to help me. Family friend who wanted to help. He had seen these issues in the 70's on Ford coil fronts and said he had a fix. It didn't take long for it to fail. The wobbles came back. I had gone to Jeff Daniels Jeep shop near by. He verified your suggestions so I put on the JKS bar and the secondary stabilizer. What a difference. However every once and a while I would still feel like it would go in to DW. The guys over there said I could leave the pitman arm on: that it was a matter of opinion. Some guys have trouble, some don't. I took out the pitman arm off over the weekend. Now the Jeep feels like it did before the lift. Nice and tight. Glad I held on to all my parts and the stuff I got from you. Now I will go back to Jeff Daniels for an alignment. They said one of the primary causes is the caster angle. Without adjustable arms you can't dial it in. We are going to put a set of adjustables up top seeing that my lowers are new. Just wanted to thank you and let you know you can add another cured patient in your win column!!!

Hey KOR crew, I just wanted to give you guys a note of thanks for making such a great product! I installed your BFYB 2.75" kit on my 04 WJ 4.7L Laredo the other day. The installation went smoothly and once I got the MX-6 shocks at the right setting, my jeep rides better than stock. Nothing squeeks, clunks, or rattles, no death wobble or bump steer. Hey Kevin, I know you're slammed. I got the brace from a relative who got it off my wish list. Anyhow, I had cracks (an 1 1/2 "V") between my track bar mount and steering box from turning a set of 33's. I added a C Rok steering box reinforcement unit. This seemed to stop the visible movement and it felt better. Today I added your brace. Absolutely amazed. My XJ feels better than new. I can't praise the brace enough! With the two units in place the 3/16 thickness of the C Rok puts the Hard Kor collar really close to the pitman arm, but it works. The worst case a grinder can fix it in a couple minutes. Anyhow, can't thank you enough for the best brace out there! Dale

I was fighting the deathwobble in my tj and in my attempts to narrow down the most likely cause I had a different answer from every 4x4 shop and Offroad person that I contacted in the Denver area. Nearly every steering, suspension and tire component forward of the dash was blamed depending on who I was talking to. Your website with the online discussions with others was enough for me to narrow it down to the track bar and cure the problem on the first try. I will note that I also found that the track bar lower mount, (axle end) hole for the mounting bolt was a bit oversize, and sloppy in my opinion. I welded a 1/4" plate with the proper size hole to the outside of the mount. I will purchase one of your harder bushings for my new JKS bar when time to replace. I also look to your website for any help on service and repairs. When I had a front axle ujoint go out, having never done any repairs of that type before I was set to have a shop do the service. Unable to wait for an appointment I found your website with the step by step instructions, and had the thing fixed and ready to drive in half a day. Thanks again!

Kevin, I had the ugly death wobble show up uninvited at several parties so I purchased a cheap brand X fix with no resolve. Ripped out brand X adjustable front track bar and easily installed Kevin’s track bar conversion kit with the super hard bushings. Also bolted in Kevin’s steering brace with minor cutting on the factory sway bar attachment fitting box. INSTANT ROCK SOLID precise steering! The unwelcome guest has been eliminated!! KOR-1189-S KIT from Kevinsoffroad.com solved a Death Wobble problem I have had for about a year................At $62.97 the price is right..............They have other Death Wobble Kits that include a new track bar and steering damper. You have to have the bushing pressed out and install their Hard KOR ones. but the Ha...rd KOR track bar bushings cured mine...........I don't even have a shimmy. I am very happy and Kevin's Off Road staff are very helpful..........The end of my death wobble anxiety is quite a relief .................Marko

We got the WJ in the shop and installed those bushings and WOW! What a difference. Those bushings removed the last bit of play from the front end. I was shocked to see just how soft the bushing was that was part of the XXXX XXXXXXX kit. Thanks for giving me my WJ back. Now if we can get that pesky exploding fuel tank issue addressed………. Bryant: The death wobble appears to be 100% gone. I purchased some goodyear 33"s, and its gone. I have done about 250 miles of all kinds of driving trying to put into the wobble and cant! I want to say thanks again, and u have made driving my JK worry free! I will let other Jeep owners know about u and KOR. Thanks and good luck with your new business!
